Road to a Hundred

At the end of 2025, Galana Energies closed the year with 85 stations across its retail network. Today, that three-digit milestone that once seemed some distance away is getting closer.

And with every new Galana sign going up across the country, the road to 100 is becoming very real.

In 2026, the Galana network has welcomed new stations in Embu, Nkubu, Sirende, Mpeketoni, Molo and Juja Farm, taking our brand into new communities and bringing us closer to more customers.

More Than a New Sign on the Road

For most customers, a new station begins when the Galana branding goes up and the pumps start dispensing fuel.

For Galanites, we know the story begins much earlier.

Behind every opening are teams working through site development, commercial agreements, construction, operations, systems, supply, branding, recruitment, licensing and countless details required to get a station ready to welcome its first customer.

That is why every new station represents much more than another dot on the map. It represents months of work by people across the business, all working towards one goal.

Next Stop: 100

And we're not done yet.

The next wave of stations is already taking shape, with Migori 2, Mariakani, Kilgoris, Maralal, Voi, Keroka, Enterprise Road, Uthiru and Muthithi among the locations in the pipeline.

From major highways and growing towns to communities where Galana is establishing a presence for the first time, each new location strengthens our network and gives more customers an opportunity to experience the Galana brand.

But reaching 100 isn't simply about being able to say we have 100 stations.

It is about building a network that performs, serves our customers well and strengthens Galana's position in the market.

Whose Milestone Is It?

Ours.

The road to 100 belongs to the teams identifying the opportunities and negotiating the sites. The teams designing and developing them. The people ensuring product gets there. The teams setting up systems, recruiting and preparing station staff, installing branding and making sure everything is ready for opening day.

And, ultimately, the teams and dealers who keep those stations running and serving customers long after the ribbon has been cut.

So when station number 100 finally opens its doors, it won't simply be a Retail milestone.

It will be a Galana milestone.

We started 2026 with 100 in our sights.

Now, it's just down the road.
