Education
Education is a powerful catalyst for societal development. As part of our commitment to supporting the growth of our society, we aim to promote access to quality education for underprivileged students. To achieve this, we have developed a framework to award high school educational scholarships to bright but needy students. The selection process for these scholarships takes place at Galana station localities, such as counties or sub-counties, where our business operates. By partnering with local administration, social groups, and NGOs, we aim to enhance access to education for communities in need.
To be eligible for our education scholarships, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Applicants must have taken the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) examination for the relevant year and have a valid Certificate.
Students must have attained the minimum grade required as specified by Galana Energies Limited for consideration.
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must have gained admission to a national or to an extra county high school.
